our final job

so, this is it. to finally give my captain position to my junior. i dont mind that. but these whole things just remind me that time flies fast, just a year ago i was on their position, i still remember how nervous i were. we (me, my junior, and the alumnus) had a fine dinner on pisa cafe la piaza before we started the ritual dance. it was hectic, for me, as the leader. i've had to arrange everything in place so that my junior can show their skill in front of the alumnus one by one, and also answering some questions. it worked out well eventually. so congratulation for psychedelic dance 2013. the real victory isnt trophy or money, but the moment, either the pleasure or the pain that you share with your team, trust me its something irreplaceable. enjoy!
